"Quality of workmanship was excellent"
We contracted Conduct Projects Limited to fully refurbish our premises at YMCA Auckland Fitness Centre in Grey's Avenue.
The project involved demolition works, fire rating and full fit out of the gym, bathrooms including changing facilities and offices over a 13 week period.
During the contract non-compliant fire-ratings were discovered that compromised the fire integrity of the building. Conduct Projects rectified this problem whilst maintaining programme.
They went beyond their professional responsibilities to ensure the contract was completed on time.
The project management, communication and quality of workmanship was excellent throughout the contract and the end result was highly satisfactory.
We would not hesitate to use Conduct Projects on any of our future refurbishments.

The work with Mark and his team at Conduct Projects Ltd in completion of the refurbishment at Breastscreen Auckland exceeded our expectations in terms of management and the wonderful end result.
The project timeframe was very tight due to staged works and digital imaging equipment installation constraints. CPL understood problems faced whilst working within a partially occupied site and managed the project with minimal disruption to us. All works were completed on time and the workmanship was of the highest quality.

LittleWolf engaged the services of CPL for the design and build of our new commercial kitchen late last year.
While we were looking for an appropriate site for the build Mark Rutherford was always on hand to do a site visit, lend advice and help us with quotes and ideas.
During the build and design process the whole team at CPL went above and beyond to help us make the process as simple as possible and to guide our novice hands.
The foreman for our build quickly took control of all the external trades, arranged a time line and kept in constant communication with us. Mark added not only professionalism and skill to the process but also a great sense of humour to keep our stress levels well under control.
All in all we loved our experience with CPL and would have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

Mark, Mark and the Conduct Projects Ltd team were contracted to complete extensive renovations at our premises in Airport Oaks. From the very beginning Mark R kept up the communication and ensured that we were able to maintain our business as usual over an extended period of time. Mark W kept us up to date with daily briefings and tight management of time frames for his team and all the sub-contractors. The quality of workmanship has been remarked on by all visitors and we are very proud of the end result.
It is always difficult managing alterations where a business is working but Mark W and the CPL team managed it all with good grace and remarkable helpfulness working out of hours at times and always within agreed noise controls.
